Return & Refund Policy – MediaTechLB

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Defective Products (DOA – Dead on Arrival)

If a product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, MediaTechLB will provide one of the following solutions depending on product availability:

• Replacement with the same product
• Exchange with another product of equal value
• Full refund if replacement is not available

Customers should report any issue immediately after receiving the product so our team can assist quickly and provide the appropriate solution.


Incorrect Product Delivered

If MediaTechLB sends the wrong item or incorrect configuration, we will:

• Replace the product with the correct item
• Cover the return process
• Ensure the customer does not lose money because of our mistake

Customer satisfaction and fairness are always our priority.


Opened Products

If a factory-sealed product is opened and the device is functioning normally, it cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.

This is standard practice in the electronics industry because once a sealed product is opened it can no longer be sold as brand-new sealed inventory.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only if replacement is not available
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
