Warranty Terms & Conditions 🛡️ Laptop Warranty Terms – MediaTech LB

WARRANTY becomes (VOID) out of warranty if the device shows signs of:

Water or liquid damage (even small residue, corrosion, or humidity traces inside.
Physical OR misuse damage such as dents, cracks, or breaks in the casing, screen, or hinges.
Tampering like opening the device, removing serial labels, or using unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, power surges, or software issues not related to hardware defects.
Normal wear-and-tear items (like batteries, chargers, or keyboards, unless defective from factory).
Warranty covers & applies only to FACTORY defects products or spare parts and does not cover damage resulting from improper use.
Hardware defects caused by the manufacturer.

⚠️ Important:

  • Devices must be in original condition with intact serial numbers and warranty seals.

  • Any sign of liquid, dented body or broken screen may void the warranty.

  • Back up your data before servicing—data is not covered by warranty.

  • Original purchase receipt (PDF or printed) or email invoice is required for all warranty claims.
